Black Duck

We were feeding the ducks and swans and we saw a black duck.
I think it is a cayuga duck.If it is it is abit far from home.

The duck were very hungry that day probably because it was a cold day.

Bak Kua and Kuih Lapis

Bak Kua is sweet salty Asian jerky.
Kuih Lapis or Indonesian Layer Cake. This is the 1st time I made this cake.
10 eggs and 2 hours later.
I think I have to brown it a little longer to get better looking layers.
Over all it was not bad a bit chewy but the taste is there.
