Croquette making

Since we had some mash leftover we decided to make some potato and ham croquettes
 I portioned it out for him but he shaped it all himself into balls or sausages
 He beat the egg to egg wash them.
 Coated them all with bread crumbs after dipping them in egg.
I pan fried them.
They were all well received by Sam and Daddy.

  1. Well done Sam! They sure look yummy! And Priscilla, no Chinese kitchen is complete without that blue/white chinese soup bowl. I have one also. Lol!
